The 20th update to Fallout ‘76 brings the launch of The Legendary Run, the game’s first 10-week season. The new account-wide progression system can be viewed on the Main Menu, with a Captain Cosmos-inspired board game serving as a way of tracking your rank.

Players advance their position by earning S.C.O.R.E. points by completing daily and weekly challenges, participating in public events, leveling up, and doing other normal in-game activities. Every time a player’s rank increases, they’ll be able to claim a new reward such as unique armors, weapon skins, consumables, and various in-game currencies.

The update also introduces Public Teams, a new system meant to make it easier to group with others that provides special bonuses for working together. The Social Menu now contains a Public Teams tab where you can browse existing teams in your current world, join a team, or start one of your own.

Teams can have up to four members and their leader sets a goal such as Exploration or Events to help players find the right group to join. The goal will also provide a small buff such as +1 Endurance for Exploration or +25% XP for Legendary Kills when hunting. These bonuses increase the more you play together, maxing out at four times the base amount.
