Make sure the issue isn’t being caused by an outdated version of theNetflixapp by removing it from your iOS device and reinstalling it.

If using a different internet connection did resolve your issue, but the new connection isn’t your preferred network, we recommend contacting your internet service provider for further assistance.

Netflix says Could not connect (16004)

It typically points to a network connectivity issue that is preventing your device from connecting to your Cast-enabled device. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

If you have completed the steps above but are still having issues connecting toNetflix, contact your internet service provider.

They can help you determine whether your router is properly set up to communicate with the other devices on your home network.
