Update, September 30, 2020 (12 pm CT): The September content update is going live, with a new developer vlog to highlight key features.
What you need to know
Groundedis turning out to be a truly special game, even in itsEarly Access and Game Preview, and promises that it’ll continue to evolve and grow over time. In its early access state, this comes in the form of intermittent patch updates, but also monthly content updates that seem to hit at the end of the month. Grounded’sAugust content updatewas a great start but fairly conservative, but Grounded’snext content updatedrops tomorrow, September 30, 2020, and will add even more new features to the game. Thanks to the small team at Obsidian Entertainment, we also have thefull changeloga day early.
Players of Grounded can grab the update starting tomorrow, September 30, 2020 around 10 am PT, or 1 pm ET. We’ll also update ourGrounded changelogandGrounded known issues and bugswith new information as we sort through it.

Update, September 30, 2020 (12 pm CT)—The Grounded September content update is officially releasing, along with a new video
Right on schedule, Grounded’s newest feature update, the September content update, isrolling out to players all over the worldwith a host of new features and changes to play with. A new developer vlog has also been released which highlights new features like the Hedge’s newly opened laboratory, and some of the Halloween-themed changes in the update. You may not see the update immediately, but keep checking and you’ll get it soon enough.
It’s a big(ger) world out there.
