Halo 3: ODST on PC flighting expected to begin next week

343 Industries has announced in anew blog postthat Halo 3: ODST is slated to begin test flighting on PC next week. 343 expects that the flight will begin on time, but noted that “things happen, and plans change accordingly.” Therefore, it’s possible that the flight may be delayed if something goes awry in preliminary testing.

In terms of what content is offered in the flight, players will be able to play a significant portion of both the Campaign and Firefight modes of Halo 3: ODST. In addition, players will also be able to test out some of the brand newcustomization content coming to Halo 3 within the Master Chief Collection.
