HP today launched the latest entries in its EliteBook lineup atCES 2021. The new EliteBook 805 G8 series runs on AMD’s latest Ryzen PRO 5000 series CPUs. It’s available in three sizes as well, with the 13.3-inch 835 G8, 14-inch 845 G8, and 15.6-inch 855 G8.

The highlight of these new PCs is what’s powering them. AMD’s new Ryzen PRO 5000 series mobile processors bring a ton of extra power to these laptops to tackle any work tasks you can throw at them. They also include extras like Wi-Fi 6, optional 4G LTE, and HP’s QuickDrop for connectivity between your phone and PC.

Beyond their base features, the HP EliteBooks bring the company’s raft of security features to the table, too. Those include HP Tamper Lock, which can lock the PC if it has been physically opened or otherwise compromised. HP Sure View Reflect keeps prying eyes off of your work by showing a reflective copper finish when the screen is viewed from the side.

HP says that the new EliteBook series is also environmentally conscious. They’re build using ocean-bound plastics in the speaker enclosure, while the packaging is “100% sustainably sourced.”

HP says to expect the EliteBook 805 G8 series to launch in March with pricing expected to be revealed closer to launch.
