If you are currently usingiCloud for Windowsas your password manager, then you should know that it has received a cool new update. As spotted by a user on Reddit, the iCloud for Windows client can now generate two factor authentication codes.
We saw Apple rolling out this feature to both iCloud Passwords in iOS 15 and macOS Monterey sometime last year, and it has finally been rolled out to Windows 11 and Windows 10. Essentially, this means that users will get an extra layer of security which will help keep attackers at bay and at the same time prevent them from accessing your personal credentials.
However, iCloud Passwords is currently available on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. It can also be used on Chromium based browsers. This means if you prefer to use a different browser, you will be required to open the iCloud Passwords utility each time you need to generate a 2FA code with iCloud Keychain.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
