If you’ve often experienced error 0x000000D1 after installing the latestWindows 10 April Update patches, then download and installKB4345421to fix this problem for good. Microsoft rolled out this hotfix just one week after it released the problematic updates that triggered the issue mentioned above.

While Microsoft said it was not aware of any issues affecting the update, someWindows 10users reported their computers often froze when they tried to create a newWindows 10image. Here’s how one user describes this issue:
I tried to create a newwindows 10image from the scratch with windows media CD, then I updated it, and when it reaches a different update (KB4284848) it freezed and I can’t do anything except force restart, so I took a new dell PC right from the box never been used and I ranwindows updatesand it reached (kb4345421) and it also freezed. I updated All drivers, BIOS, chipset…etc.
