Ghostwire: TokyoandDeathloop, in development by Tango Gameworks and Arkane Lyon respectively, are timedPS5console exclusives. When news broke thatMicrosoft is acquiring ZeniMax Media, with Bethesda joining Xbox Game Studios, it became briefly unclear what the status of these games was.
Head of Xbox Phil Spencer quickly confirmed that the timed exclusive arrangements would be honored. Once these deals end, it is extremely likely that Ghostwire: Tokyo is coming toXbox Series XandXbox Series S.
Ghostwire: Tokyo on Xbox Series X What about Deathloop?
Deathloop is almost certainly coming to Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S as well, given that it had a very similar timed exclusivity deal. While the exact length of the deal might be different, the terms would be similar.
Ghostwire: Tokyo on Xbox Series X Will future Bethesda titles be exclusive to Xbox?
The status of future Bethesda Softworks titles is unclear. Microsoft has said these games will come to Xbox and PC, with versions for other consoles on a"case by case"basis. We’ll be sure to provide an update as we learn more.
