Minecraft Dungeonsis a clever co-op focused ARPG from Mojang Studios and Double Eleven, which takes strong inspiration from games like the Diablo franchise. It launched with tons of promise but little content, and now the game is steadily delivering with free updates and paid expansions alike. The next DLC for Minecraft Dungeons is theHowling Peaks DLC, which was revealed atMinecraft Live, and is finally adding some much requested endgame features. Beside the expected additions from Howling Peaks, matching what was added inJungle AwakensandCreeping Winter, Minecraft Dungeons is also added new Apocalypse Plus difficulties in a free update, which will massively raise the ceiling for power levels, gear drops, and challenge in the game. This will add a huge amount of replayability to Minecraft Dungeons, and give veteran players a reason to come back and grind to reach higher levels.
Howling Peaks will also add three new levels, new mobs, and a ton of new gear including Climbing Gear and Emerald Armor. There should be a lot to explore in the next Minecraft Dungeons DLC, and fortunately we won’t be waiting for a long time. Howling Peaks is expected later this year, in December, and should beat out the new year to deliver fresh Minecraft Dungeons content to us.
