Microsoft Skype is getting a coolnew call screen, as it has now been transitioned from the beta channel. The feature is already enabled by default. It will be interesting to see the impact this feature has on the screen sharing experience and how it impacts features such asZoom-In.

Moreover, Call captions have also been included in this release. Essentially, this means that meeting attendees will be able to follow through the meeting. Users can easily enable this feature directly while the call is on display.

Aside from these two new features, Microsoft has also released a couple of bug fixes designed to enhance and improve the user experience. Here’s what you can expect:
