The latest Xbox Insider update is now available for the Alpha Skip-Ahead ring. This update (version RS_XBOX_DEV_FLIGHT\25320.1003.230316-2000) is mostly mundane stuff—bug fixes and small improvements users won’t notice.
This preview build does feature one interesting addition to the Xbox user experience, though. And that is the ability to manage subscriptions directly from the Xbox console.
Currently, users can only do this by logging into their Microsoft account on PC or mobile, if for example a user wants to cancel or re-sign up for Xbox Game Pass.
Beginning today, you can now change your plan or update the recurring billing status directly from your console. To get started, head to Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
This will no doubt be a much-welcomed feature once it rolls out to the public.
