Lenovo is one of my favorite companies, with millions of customers all over the world. After we have previously spoken about potential specs of the upcoming new Lenovo Miix tablet, it’s time to have a look at the Lenovo Yoga Pro 3.The newest Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro comes with top notch hardware inside a sleek and sexy body which is said to have been constructed of about 800 individual pieces of steel and aluminum, with six attachment points across the display. The device is17 percent thinner and 15 percent lighterthan the Yoga 2 Pro, and sports the impressive3200 x 1800 QHD+ displayand hasIntel’s new Broadwell processorson this inside.

Lenovo says the device will have up to9 hours of battery life, thanks to the new Broadwell chips and will be available withup to 8GB of RAMand512GB of flash storage. The 3200 x 1800 pixels QHD+ screen is much better than the hyped Retina display (2560 x 1600 pixels) on the MacBook Pro.

Also, the new Yoga 3 Pro is one of the very first laptops tocharge over USB, which makes it really portable. On the inside we also find the JBL-tuned speakers withWavesAudio processingat the bottom of the laptop along withtwo USB 3.0 sockets, amicro HDMIport, aheadset jack, and anSD card slot. The laptop also comes with5GHz 802.11ac supportout of the box and the latestBluetooth 4.01.

The Windows 8.1 Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro featurs “Harmony”, an option that can automatically adjust settings to optimize whatever app you’re using. It will change the brightness and color temperature according to the environment lighting. However, the new Yoga 3 Pro is available at a starting price of $1349 and it comes in three colors: silver, orange, and gold.

Despite the high price for a 13-incher laptop, I think this is a special device and is much better than the MacBook Pro. So, if you have the money for it, then it’s a no-brainer. And considering that it will make the jump to Windows 10, then you have another reason to make use of it.
