Back in March,Microsoft acquired Minit, a leader in process mining technology that helps businesses revolutionize the way they analyze and optimize their processes. Microsoft’s motive behind this acquisition was to assist its customers to “digitally transform and drive operational excellence by creating a complete picture of their business processes, enabling every process to be easily and automatically analyzed and improved”.

Building upon this premise, Microsoft has announced the preview ofnew process mining capabilities from Minitthat will be availed to users via the process advisor within Microsoft Power Automate. As such, “Microsoft customers can now harness deeper insights to identify bottlenecks in processes to drive optimization and efficiencies with low-code automation”.

The process advisor is now powered by Minit, which now incorporates several templates that are designed to enable clients to easily push impactful business process insights from cloud flows in Power Automate as well as insights from Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and other systems of records like SAP. In turn, this will place businesses at a better standing point because they will be able to understand, enhance and adapt their processes in the ever-evolving market.

Besides the fact that the process advisor can be used by analysts to understand how the processes are run and uncover the root cause analysis, business users can also make use of the tool’s process mining dashboards to evaluate how the business is progressing in real-time and even allow them to identify opportunities that will promote both efficiency and effectiveness.

What’s more, with the newly added capabilities within Power Automate, customers will be able to identify bottlenecks in their processes and reduce complexity and costs. The capabilities incorporate include:

Be sure to visitMicrosoft’s blogto get more information about these capabilities and how to make the most out of them. To access these features and more, you’ll need a Power Automate license since the Process advisor is licensed as part of Power Automate per-user licenses. Alternatively, you can use thePower Automate trial.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
