Microsoft shipped anew updatefor the Microsoft Edge Dev channel this week, bringing the channel’s first update to major version 85. This update adds the ability to preload certain webpages, along with several fixes and improvements across the board. There are also several known issues to be aware of.

This version comes in at build number85.0.531.1. Here’s a look at all of what’s new, improved, and fixed in this release.

This update is rolling out now for Insider testers on the Dev channel. If you’re already using a Dev channel build, you can download it now. Otherwise, you can grab the Dev, Beta, and Canary channels at theEdge Insider sitenow. The release version is alsoavailable to downloadat the official Microsoft Edge site.
