Microsoft has unveiled a suite ofinnovative AI solutions and enhancementsto its Cloud for Nonprofit, aimed at bringing about an industry-wide transformation and revolutionizing the way fundraisers engage with donors, manage campaigns, and optimize operations. Furthermore, the company has announced a limited private preview program for nonprofits to experience a new AI-powered fundraising propensity model.

Participants of the preview program will have the opportunity to gain practical experience with new AI tools, allowing them to predict fundraising goals with data modeling and identify donors who are most likely to contribute to a campaign, cause, or major gift.

“Simply put, AI can and will be a game-changer for nonprofits and fundraisers. With these new AI solutions, we aim to empower nonprofits and fundraisers to achieve more and to create a more positive and rewarding experience for donors,” said Justin Spelhaug, Vice President and Global Head, Tech for Social Impact at Microsoft.

Aside from the enhanced AI capabilities inMicrosoft Cloud for Nonprofit, the tech giant is currently working on an AI-driven model that gauges the likelihood of constituents donating or participating in a cause, dependent on their predictive donor behavior. Nonprofits keen to test the tool can register for the private preview. The feature will become generally available later this year, as reported by Microsoft.

Microsoft has introduced new tools for nonprofit organizations to optimize fundraising efforts and enhance donor engagement. Among these, the Fundraising Performance Dashboard is designed to provide real-time data and interactive views of campaign performance, donor conversion, and other fundraising analytics using Power BI’s data visualization platform.

Additionally, Dynamics 365 Marketing has been integrated with Microsoft Cloud for nonprofits, allowing for streamlined communication with donors and volunteers through personalized engagement. The use of the Nonprofit Common Data Model further facilitates the integration of data to drive effective communication strategies.

Microsoft Viva Sales AI Copilot and Microsoft Teams Premium now feature AI capabilities as part of the Fundraising and Engagement tools in Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofits. With Viva Sales, nonprofits can personalize communications and deepen engagement with donors through AI-powered features such as assistance in creating email responses based on CRM data, updating CRM records, and summarizing Teams calls.

Additionally, AI capabilities of Teams Premium have been integrated into Fundraising and Engagement, helping nonprofits increase productivity and maximize the value of meetings for donors, constituents, and staff.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
