Microsoft has officially announced support for passkey In a significant update to the Windows 11 operating system. The feature enables users to log in to websites and applications without traditional usernames and passwords. Instead, passkeys rely on device PINs or biometric information, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, to streamline the authentication process.
Although passkey management was introduced to the Windows Insider program in June 2023, itsgeneral availabilityis a milestone achievement. As per David Weston, Vice President of Enterprise and OS Security at Microsoft, “Passkeys are the cross-platform future of secure sign-in management. They create unique and unguessable cryptographic credentials, securely stored on your device.”

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
