Minecraft, one of the Best Games for Kids has had an incredibly busy year, between releasing the hugeNether Update, hosting the bustlingMinecraft Liveevent, and announcing the futureCaves and Cliffs Updatecoming inSummer 2021. One of the more fun things to come out of Minecraft in 2020 is the How We Make Minecraft series, episodic YouTube videos that go over the “why” and “how” of various parts of, well, making Minecraft.

The series went overmobs in episode one,crafting in episode two,artwork and design in episode three, andsound design in episode four. Now, anew article from Mojang Studiosgives a behind-the-scenes look at the How We Make Minecraft series. If you’re expecting a plethora of new information and delightful tidbits here, you’ll first have to decipher all of the tongue-in-cheek nonsense in the article, but it’s still a nice look at the awesome How We make Minecraft series.

Starting with choosing a subject (and writing the script), to selecting the charming narrator that makes the series great, to “revealing Minecraft’s deepest, darkest secrets,” and finally turning to Swedish animation studioBrikk, How We Make Minecraft is a great series to tune into if you’re at all a fan of Minecraft and are interested in a little more insider info. The next episode of How We Make Minecraft is just around the corner, and most likely will be about caves and cliffs, so Minecraft players looking forward to the next major update should definitely keep an eye out for this one.
