New Destiny 2: Beyond Light gear revealed, includes new exotics

Destiny developer Bungie has revealed some of the brand new pieces of gear that will be available to players when theDestiny 2: Beyond Lightexpansion releases on November 10. Specifically, there are four new exotic weapons and two pieces of exotic armor for each class. All of the weapons and armor are themed around usage of the Darkness, which is also the overall theme of the Beyond Light expansion itself.
Some of the standout exotic weapons include the No Time to Explain pulse rifle that can summon a Darkness portal that can fire bullets from an alternate timeline, and The Lament, a sword that is specifically designed to kill Barrier Champion enemies quickly. Meanwhile, Hunters have gotten the best of the exotic armors — the Mask of Bakris allows them to replace their dodge with a short teleport, while the Arthrys’s Embrace makes their weighted knife slide and ricochet off walls. Destiny 2: Beyond Light launches on November 10, 2020 alongside theXbox Series XandXbox Series S. The standard version is $40, but there are more expensive editions that include cool bonus features. It will be on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
