The list of the new updates is impressive, to say the least, but must of them fall on the user interface category.

What caught our attention is the hierarchical slicer that is now supported by AI visuals.

Microsoft also provided an example where you can see that the hierarchical slicer is cross-filtering the Key influencers visual.Power

AI Insights available for everyone

Microsoft also announced that the AI Insights from the Power Query is now generally available.

AI Insights give you access to a collection of pre-trained machine learning models that enhance yourdatapreparation efforts.

These include text analytics functions (sentiment scoring, key phrase extraction and language detection), image detection as well as connectivity to Azure ML models.
