Sea of Thievesis a first-person adventure game from Rare. You can go on solo adventures or team up with others to find loot. Today, the game is getting the Ashen Winds update that adds a flamethrower skull and other changes to hit registration and accessibility. You can take a look at the developer diary below which details a lot of the content.

The flamethrower skull should change up Sea of Thieves dramatically. This is the first weapon we have that can deal massive amounts of damage in a very targeted way. Using cannons with special cannonballs is a little hard, but opening the skull and pointing it at enemy players or ships is easy. Some of the other changes are detailed in the tweet from Rare.
