As reported in October during the annual developer conference, Ignite, Microsoft announced that it will beunveiling the new Microsoft Teams Premium add-on in previewthis month. The offering comes with a host of new features that are designed to enhance the meeting experience by personalizing it and making it more secure with end-to-end encryption.

Last week, the company announced thatthe add-on is now available in public preview for commercial customers as a 30-day free trial. You can access it via theMicrosoft 365 Admin Centre. This means that users will now have access to features like live translations, intelligent meeting recaps, advanced meeting protections, and more.

IT admins can also leverage this add-on to extend their organization’s brand and company culture with branding, and organization backgrounds. Since Teams Premium is powered by AI, you can use it to make the meetings you attend or miss more productive and impactful. Through the combined efforts of the live translations feature and intelligent recap, you’ll now be able to achieve this.

It is worth noting that you’ll not be able to access all the features we highlighted during the Ignite event just yet. Features like intelligent recap and custom branding for meetings will be rolled out sporadically between now and January 2023.

Once the trial period runs out, you’ll lose access to the add-on, however, it is expected to hit general availability in February 2023. You’ll need to make a monthly payment of $10 for this offering.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
