As spotted on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap under Feature ID124954, Microsoft Project has recently unveiled an exciting update for its users, offering a range of new out-of-the-box templates designed to streamline project creation and management.

One of the notable additions to the template library is the sprint planning template, specifically tailored for agile project management methodologies. With this template, teams can seamlessly plan and execute sprints, enabling a more streamlined workflow and improved collaboration.

Besides that, Microsoft Project will also introduce a goals template, empowering project managers to define and track project objectives effectively. This template assists in establishing clear project goals, setting key milestones, and tracking progress towards successful project completion.

But, when will this feature be rolled out, you may ask? And is there any other exciting tool coming in months? Here’s everything we’ve known so far.
