Shortly after releasingWindows 10build 20231 toDev channel Insidersearlier today, Microsoft has released the ISO files for the build as well. Windows Insiders who want to perform a clean install of build 20231 candownload the files from Microsoftright now.

Windows 10 build 20231 brings a new out-of-box experience (OOBE) that allows you to customize the tools and services Windows will suggest to get you started. The feature doesn’t actuallyworkright now, but the UI is implemented so you can see it and test it out with a clean install of 20231.
